We first commissioned BlueSoap about 6 or 7 years ago for a website build from scratch. It was our first involvement with site building and they were very patient, steered us in the right direction, and proved reliable over many years of upgrades and improvements. 

After we sold that business in 2008, we approached various providers in early 2009 about building an e-commerce site for our new business venture. After evaluating a range of quotes, we chose BlueSoap's Flex-e Shopping Cart - not only were they competitive on price but they offered the most flexibility and a willingness to customise templates to suit our needs. We also knew they could be relied upon to meet deadlines and deliver on their promises.

In contrast to the constant delays from our other suppliers, BlueSoap got the website completed within budget and with time to spare, and they also managed to deliver a design solution that has left our suppliers and customers extremely impressed. The backend is very easy for non-programmers to manage and any modifications we've asked for since the launch have all been achieved fast and efficiently.
